He has advised policymakers on key economic issues, including taxation, housing demand, and financial system stability. Leonard’s expertise extends to sovereign wealth funds, pension fund management, and fiscal discipline. Leonard is actively involved in international policy discussions, serving as a council member on the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council and engaging with key think tanks across the Asia-Pacific region.
