Anton leads large-scale transformation and strategy engagements across the public and private sectors. Working closely with C-suite executives and boards, he specialises in turning complex, ambiguous challenges into clear strategic direction, operational excellence, and robust investment decisions. His core expertise spans financial services, infrastructure, and public policy.
Anton is an Associate with Principal Economics. He is a strategic management consultant and PhD economist with 15+ years of experience across Tier-1 consulting (including Deloitte NZ and McKinsey CIS office) and international organisations. Anton brings deep expertise in high-level geopolitical forecasting and strategic risk advisory for clients across NZ and the wider APAC region. His recent project highlights include Strategic Risk for a regulator, to design and implement a framework integrating geopolitical risk assessment into the agency's enterprise risk model, and Supply Chain Resilience in APAC, where he led the macroeconomic and geopolitical shift analytics to safeguard global supply chain resilience.
